1 x full time, rostered shifts
1 x part time nights (3 days per week)

Carejobz are working as a sole agency for one of our prestigious clients who operate a hospital level care facility, set in a beautiful location.

About the Role
On offer are 2 x Registered Nurses roles (one part time and one full time). These roles will be sole charge so it is imperative that you have aged care nursing experience and can work effectively on your own.

We would like to hear from experienced Nurses with excellent leadership skills (you will be leading a small team of carers), assertive and passionate about delivering exceptional service to provide first class care and customer to our client's residents.

This role encompasses the assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care; working with our care staff in a way that facilitates effective communication, teamwork and high clinical standards while supporting quality improvement within the team.

On offer are two opportunities:
  • 6 shifts per fortnight / night shifts / alternate weekends off
  • 9 shifts per fortnight /am/pm/night / alternate weekends off
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential. Competitive weekend and night-shift rates.


About You
To be successful in this role you will preferably have: ​
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in the NZ aged care sector
  • Ability to provide clinical care including assessments, planning and delivery of care according to NZ nursing practice and standards
  • Sound English communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team of Health Care Assistants and work as sole RN
  • Organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • A friendly and proactive “Can Do” attitude
  • Interai training
  • The management skill to always be audit ready
  • Current NZ APC
  • NZ Citizenship / residency or work permit.
