They are now looking for a National Property and Network Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the National Property and Network Manager is responsible for an innovative and agile team, with 4 direct reports. You will be focused on creating a results-driven and collaborative culture by building staff capability to be ‘best in class’. A proactive role, you will unite with business units and stakeholders to develop strategic plans, ensuring the department maximises opportunities to contribute to the social, cultural and economic wellbeing of the business and franchise network. This will involve effectively managing Bridgestone’s extensive national land, property and leasing portfolio alongside successfully driving negotiations and franchisee relationships.

A strategic thinker and natural influencer, you will have experience in leading and managing a complex multi-functional team, delivering a diverse range of property management outcomes.  With strong commercial acumen, you will be able to work with ambiguity and manage competing stakeholder needs through building trusted relationships. You will have demonstrated strategic planning experience with a strong customer focus. Superior judgement, coupled with astute communication skills, you will have knowledge of relevant legislation and a proven understanding of budgeting, financial management and report writing. Formal qualifications or extensive experience in business, property related disciplines or project management are highly desirable.
