Hyne Timber are seeking a proactive and safety-orientated leader to join our team at Tuan as a Production Supervisor (night shift) in our Green Mill on a full-time basis. Through their team and underpinned by Hyne’s desired culture, the Production Supervisor will continuously seek improvements for the performance of the area ensuring safe and targeted deliverable's for our customers.

The successful person will have the following
  • Qualifications or substantial experience in an operational role.
  • Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing is beneficial, particularly problem-solving methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in service delivery, sales planning and customer relations.
  • The successful applicant will be required to work on a permanent night shift and be open to shift changes.
