Your Next Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Planning and Optimisation Manager coordinates the end to end planning and scheduling activities for the site to maximise customer service levels safely and at the best total business cost.
  • All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver Integrated Business Planning & Tactical Planning processes.
  • Leadership is a key focus in identifying and assisting in the implementation of strategies to sustainably optimise site operations that will in turn reduce costs, increase capacity and/or drive revenue growth.
  • The site planning process is highly trusted and delivers reliable production plans that reflect site capability and deliver against the agreed business KPI’s.
You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 2 hours drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.
About you
  • Qualifications or demonstrated experience in a planning / scheduling role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Effective computer skills including advanced MS Office user, Planning Optimisation software
  • Reaches out to peers and leads by example with engaging, trusting, collaborative working relationships.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others to achieve strategic business outcomes.
