Your Next Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Support, you will support the day to day administration duties that relate to the Customer Service function enabling the Customer Communication Officers to provide a high level of support and experience to our Customers
  • All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
  • All internal and external Hyne customers feel supported and receive exceptional Customer Service.
  • Efficient undertaking of a range of administration duties including; purchase order entry, receipting of goods, building schedules, invoicing.
  • Effective working relationships with Customer Service and Sales teams.
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Freight and Distribution teams to cover staff absences.
Sunshine Coast 
You will be based at our Kunda Park office which is a located in the beautiful laid-back coastal region of the Sunshine Coast. With incredible beaches at your doorstep and only a short 1.5-hour drive from Brisbane City, this is a recreational playground for those who enjoy being outside in nature.

About you
  • Proven experience with customer service and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing would be advantageous.
