Reporting to the Remuneration and Reporting Manager, the Systems and Reporting Specialist will be the Administrator/Superuser of the HRIS system whilst also supporting the remuneration function deliverables, data analysis and reporting. 

The role requires a deep understanding of HRIS systems (such as Workday and/or SuccessFactors) and you should be comfortable in system configurations and maintenance. Developed analytical, numerical and reporting skills are key enablers of this role.   
As a highly capable systems specialist you will support the HRIS system implementation during data migration and testing as well as working closely with the HRIS implementation partner in the system configurations.
A key collaborator, you will be expected to work independently across multiple teams and stakeholders and needs to support the delivery of the People and Culture Reporting Analytics.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems and analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics functions. You will be a pro-active self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, to prioritise all work, meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining attention to details and accuracy.  You will also be tertiary qualified in a business, IT, mathematics or related field.
