We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join Seed Heritage, supporting our Retail Stores, Warehouse and Support Office Shared Service functions. This is a fast paced, hands-on role in a progressive business which is experiencing significant growth.
Reporting into, and supporting the HR Leadership Team, this role will provide generalist HR support across all areas of the employment life cycle. This role is ‘our glue’ who looks to continuously improve systems, processes, procedures and controls to enhance accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of our HR operations.
  • HR Administration and Coordination
  • Benefits and Remuneration analysis
  • Onboarding / Induction coordination - end to end new starter administration
  • WorkCover injury and claims management assistance working with our WHS Manager
  • Supporting the team with incoming HR queries working alongside our leaders
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • Coordination of our Employee Value Proposition (benefits)
  • Recruitment assistance where required
  • Project Management coordination
  • Performance and Succession coordination
  • Minimum 2 years HR coordinator/advisory experience within retail or similar fast paced organisation
  • Tertiary qualification in HR field desirable
  • Experience in Occupational Health & Safety and Return to Work 
  • Strong knowledge of current Australian employment law including the General Retail Industry Award and Fair Work Act
  • Experience with New Zealand employment law will be highly regarded
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outputs under pressure
