AllKinds is a new, soon-to-launch world of self-care and self-expression, just for kids and tweens. Here, they’ll find and try their new favorite naturally awesome, ultra-fun daily essentials—everything from body and hair care, self-expression staples like temporary tattoos and nail colour, to their very first skincare routines.
 
We are launching with four stores in locations across Victoria and New South Wales that make finding confidence boosters and self-care stuff an immersive and unique experience for kids. We’re looking for passionate team members to make their experience all kinds of awesome.

Made for AllKinds - We support every kid’s unique awesomeness: no one is excluded or limited to certain categories, and we formulate for kids' unique needs from eczema to oily hair. We don’t have a girls section and a boys section, we just make things that kids love. Whether they love sports or sparkle: there’s something for them at AllKinds.
 
Cultivating Kid Confidence - We’re building a fun place where they’ll feel safe and supported to learn self-care and try new things: you’ll be building the confidence of the next generation. From helping them buy their first deodorant to figuring out their first skincare routine, we are laying the foundation for their self-care to come.
 
No Gross Stuff - All of our products are powered by effective, clean, good-for-you ingredients: we have a long list of what we don’t use, including parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, harsh petrochemicals and more. All of our products are vegan, naturally fragranced and always cruelty-free.
 
Kid-Picked, Parent-Approved - We make stuff kids will freak out for, but never freak parents out: our products are accessibly priced and thoughtfully made for families to rely on. We make getting ready everyday something kids find fun.
 
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance and developing their team to deliver outstanding results.
 
In this role, working with the Store Manager your responsibilities include: 
  • Delivers and exceeds sales budgets and growth expectations
  • Has commercial acumen in driving results through product placement and product opportunities
  • Effectively manages store rosters to deliver budgeted wage %, planning for fluctuations in trade and tasks
  • Leads by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above-and-beyond service that is consistent with the brands service standards
  • Maximises sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective refilling, markdowns and stockroom management
  • Ensures the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
  • Recruits team members with the correct brand and cultural fit, competencies and behaviours
  • Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand
  • Provides direction and appropriate feedback to team
  • Creates a positive and productive store environment for team
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 1 years leadership experience
  • Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties.
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets.
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
