Our client is based in Warriewood and was established over 25 years ago. Their focus on end user satisfaction, R&D and delivering quality skincare products has put them at the forefront of the industry and continue growing to this day.

They are seeking a Client Services / Sales Administrator who whilst will be the first point of contact of all incoming enquires to the business, will also look after order processing, assist in stock management working with the production team and conduct and manage a whole range of all other administration duties. 

Most of the time, your daily focus will be working with two major computer software tools in Outlook and MYOB.

This is an extremely varied and busy role and needs someone who can multitask, be extremely organised, think on their feet, have multiple arms like an Octopus and genuinely enjoy customer service and customer satisfaction.  No day is ever the same!  

The successful applicant will have to demonstrate a high level of organisational and experience in customer service. Communication is key (both verbal and written).

Our client also requires you to have a strong understanding of social media Facebook and Instagram and be familiar with scheduling platforms to create and schedule posts.

There is also a little MYOB knowledge required for inputting and creating Invoices, creating new item codes, applying payments to Invoices and performing accounts receivable duties.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the front desk and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
  • Answer general and customer enquiries
  • Answer telephone calls and transferring to the appropriate person efficiently and courteously
  • Assist with the coordinating in incoming and outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms.
  • Liaising with suppliers and placing orders.
  • Liaising with Laboratory and attending production meetings
  • Processing and following up on sales orders
  • Liaising with the production team on stock levels
  • Periodically help to pack and coordinate orders for dispatch
  • Various administrative task as required including data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Increase brand awareness and enhance understanding of our client’s business in the market through organic social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage and be fully accountable for the social media content calendar.
  • Create Invoices and apply payments in MYOB
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Allocations and item coding in MYOB
  • Uploading and managing content in Shopify (A retail Website)
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly outgoing approach
  • Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office and MYOB skills
  • Previous experience working in backend of websites (ideally Shopify)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work as a team player with a high level of dedication and commitment as well as work autonomously
  • Have a mature and thoughtful approach to your work
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Customer service experience.
  • Creative and analytical
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy Facebook and Instagram
