About the role
You will be provided with the autonomy to lead and support your team to developing further workshop efficiency and deliverables. As you will be part of the leadership group, you will also have key input into how the workshop will grow and develop. In addition, you will be the key contact for clients and be required to meet customers on site regularly, to pursue more work within the industrial, mining and construction sectors.

Duties  
  • Coordinate workshop and site workflow
  • Provide technical support to the trades team 
  • Conduct external business develop with new and existing clients
  • Provide technical application and fluid power support to clients
  • Prepare costs and estimations for project and service-related work
  • Work alongside the process and operations group
Skills and Experience
  • Have a measurable track record of fluid power equipment and technical hydraulics
  • Possess sound workshop leadership and management skills 
  • Have an outgoing approach with highly develop verbal and written communication skills
  • Bring a level of personal drive and ownership to the role
