The Role 

As a customer coordination manager, you will be the first point of contact for the business in Christchurch. You will help plan, organise, and delegate work alongside generalist office administration and customer service. You will be a natural ‘organiser’ with an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering above reproach customer service.  
 
Requirements 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency (specifically Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and liaise with both internal staff and clients
  • Analysing and understanding client requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and think outside the square
  • An infinity for the technical (a background in the IT sector would be advantageous)
