The Role:

Will see you working on a huge transformation of work across process implementation that will require continuous improvement. This role will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of different divisions and stakeholders. 


Responsibilities: 
  • Implementing & re-designing processes across - admin, recruitment, finance, marketing, IT and more 
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Process Mapping - As Is & To Be

Essential Skills:
  • Business process improvement 
  • Process implementation
  • LEAN Methodology highly desirable  
  • Have an analytical mind 
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders and gathering requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
