Responsibilities include:
  • Workflow Management
  • Adding New Clients to the database
  • Setting up jobs for timesheets and collating correct client information
  • Client Engagement
  • Setting up client payment plans for our services
  • Debtor Management
  • Diary Management for Principals
  • Handling all ATO notice and ATO enquiries including penalty remissions
  • Maintaining the database
  • Tax Lodgements
  • Filing and Archiving
  • Collating all tax work
  • Invoicing
The successful candidate will be friendly and mature with confident communication skills and a professional business acumen.  You will also be proactive and be a positive and helpful team member.    You will also have the capability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with management and staff while displaying a professional business acumen.
