What we are looking for   
 
We are seeking a senior Business Analyst / Process Consultant to join our team and work closely with our client in the banking/finance industry.

Role: 
  • The development/capture of the end user SDLC process for a new data quality management capability
  • The documentation of an end user guide for use of the tool which will cover users whom configure the aforementioned templates and also users who will create new templates
  • Work with the Product Owner to develop and present use cases to the business
  • Work with the OCM team to articulate change impact
  • Work with the Product Owner and Business BA to integrate the SDLC process with the business process as part of an end-to-end flow

Essential skills/ experience:
  • Extensive experience as a BA/Process Consultant.
  • Able to understand the impact of introducing a new technology into an organisation
  • Able to understand and articulate the end-to-end technology process and translate this into a clear operating model (people, technology, process) for delivery teams and top management
  • Ability to translate complex technology process into simple and clear business process to be easily consumed by the delivery teams
  • Process oriented mindset, clear communication, proactive, curious, keen to learn, not afraid to ask questions when something is not clear, always seeking for improvement and clarity 
  • Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders – all levels
  • Skills: Process definition, process tool (e.g. visio), Ab Initio skills or understanding is highly recommended, Confluence, Power point, excel
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential
