What we are looking for

A Change Manager for a large-scale and high profile BI/Data transformation program. You will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management with the program’s stakeholders. This will include taking a lead role in training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, organisational readiness analysis, resistance management and change reinforcement.
  
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working in complex IT/DATA projects, and be adept in building relationships and trust with stakeholders. The role demands someone who is highly driven, organised, and customer focussed.
  
We are looking for someone who has the ability to apply critical thinking, and take the initiative to drive results. As an excellent communicator, you will use your communication skills to influence and maximise change adoption, ensure positive end-user experiences – and in particular, ensure the delivery of a large-scale and complex training plan across a multi-disciplinary environment.
  
Essential skills/experience required:
  • Strong change management experience 
  • Strong experience of bridging the gap between IT & the business
  • Understanding/experience working in BI/IT environments
  • Strong experience with business process management, organisational change.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management - Ability to influence and establish credibility, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish good working relationships at all levels
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies like Prosci (using ADKAR* model) or Kotter, etc.
  • Able to work independently (to think & act quickly with minimal supervision) - Strong time management skills 
  • Training & development needs analysis & Delivery
  • Risk & Issue due diligence & management
  • Strong Agile experience 
  • Change management across the life cycle, from solution design through to business readiness
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential
