The Opportunity

We are currently working on behalf of a well-known and respected builder in the Melbourne market. They are currently looking to grow their estimating division by adding a standout Senior Estimator to the team as part of their strategic plans for the business. 

They have the capability to deliver a range of commercial projects up to $50m and in the past have priced and successfully won a range of works to include apartments, industrial developments, health and government work.  

About you

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a history of successfully winning multi-million dollar bids in the Victoria market.
  • Recent experience in a Senior Estimating role within the Victorian building industry
  • A history of career stability and success is essential
  • Relevant degree qualifications
Those with advanced building knowledge and an ability to solve front end construction issues before they arise will be favoured. Reference feedback will support your exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to promote the key strengths and benefits of the company during tender interviews with the client. The company is renowned for the long term tenure of their employees and already has a strong pipeline of work with committed clients in the coming year.
