The Role

Develop, implement and deliver the Brands vision through a creative customer experience strategy to maximise sales & profit and gives their customers an overall brand experience.

Campaign Creation – Multi Channel
  • Concept Development & Artwork briefing for all multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage critical path and timelines from concept through to execution
  • Responsible for the Window Concept Sign-Off Set-up & in store Presentation
  • Work with brand team on Concept asset breakdown per classification
  • Responsible for the campaign execution consistency (across all-channels)
  • Direct Mail Concept
  • Shoot Production (all brand campaign shoots)
  • Campaign creative content creation (multi-channel – DM/in store/EDM/Social)  
Innovation
  • Development of NEW Innovation ideas for in store 
  • Responsible for driving increased turnover per square metre  
Creative Planning Strategy and Delivery
  • Brand Management (executing the Brand DNA across all touch points)
  • ‘Brand Guardian’ (ensuring there is a consistent tone of voice across all communications internally & externally/ online & offline)
Execution and Analysis
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Implementing new VM treatments to maximize sales and increase efficiencies
Relationship Management
  • Work effectively with external suppliers to ensure end to end production
  • Work effectively with the Brand GM, buying & planning teams to determine weekly window & floor changes pending trade/promotional schedule
People Leadership & Development
  • Lead by example – support, coach, motivate and engage the team to be high performers and reach customer experience and company goals
  • Adopt a collaborative approach to customer experience, setting goals for building competency and increasing skill and knowledge across your team
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
  • Minimum 5 years Visual Merchandising experience in fashion/retail head office
  • Experience in Photoshop, In Design and Adobe
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Marketing Communications or relevant degree or qualification preferred
  • Current drivers license required and personal car preferred
  • Shows passion and energy, strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Big thinker, is creative and thinks outside the square and has strong business acumen
  • Able to multi task and prioritise in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
