The Role

A rare opportunity has become available for a proven Retail Manager to lead the team in Bondi Junction Westfield as Boutique Manager. As a top performing store in the network this role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining and driving a luxury client experience as the top priority at all times. The ideal candidate will have a customer focused mindset, great people management skills and an understanding of client expectations from a luxury business. 

Reporting to the Area Manager, key responsibilities include:
  • Engage and motivate the team to ensure individual and store targets are consistently met
  • Lead by example through client engagement, providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Drive and monitor CRM to improve customer retention & loyalty
  • Recruit, develop and retain key talent through ongoing training and succession planning
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment through visual merchandising, maintenance and stock room management
  • Reporting & analysis- communicating opportunities and impacts to head office

Attributes:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Management role within a premium/luxury fashion OR accessories retail business
  • A strong customer focus and understanding of driving CRM engagement and the service levels expected by the luxury goods customer
  • An engaging, inspiring and influential leadership style
  • Proven ability to drive and maximise sales opportunities through your team
  • Ability to work in a luxury, boutique environment with experience in team development and engaging with VIP clientele 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reporting & analysis skills
  • A lead by example attitude as a passionate brand ambassador
  • Availability to work a rotational roster with weekend work included
