The Role

This is a newly created role, with a lot of potential to make an impact across the business as you drive digital marketing to the next level in Australia & New Zealand. This role will suit a results-driven self-starter who is passionate about digital marketing, proactive with the latest trend in premium lifestyle retail brands using data insights to understand and engage our target markets, develop and execute of digital marketing campaigns, social media content, paid digital strategy and budgets. Your expertise will be highly valued within a collaborative and supportive team of marketing specialists, and across the broader EMEA marketing team.


Digital PR & Communication / Content
• Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy to increase online
presence and drive e-commerce sales.
• Manage all digital Communication & PR initiatives to support Brand
Campaigns and new product development (NPD) launches.
• Liaise with PR agencies, manage and develop relationship with Media, KOL
and Influencers to drive brand equity, create content and increase brand
visibility online.
• Analyse performance regularly and implement corrective measures when

• Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Testing and reporting on digital acquisition and retention campaigns

Social Media
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategy to support brand
equity, drive traffic to the website and increase engagement with the brands online community.
• Organise, plan and execute social media calendar (incl. content creation).
• Enable the social media presence to be the link between Retail and Online
and ensure the voice of the business is suitably expressed in all
• Evaluate performance of social media advertising and report accordingly on a
monthly basis.
• Respond and engage with customers on all social media platforms in a timely
• Analyse and report valuable insights within social analytics.

CRM / Email Marketing
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and eCommerce Manager to
develop and implement the Company’s CRM / Email marketing strategy to
increase database, engagement and loyalty.
• Develop and execute initiatives to grow subscribers.
• Drive EDM, create content and execute email communications.
• Evaluate subscription/open/click/delivery/conversion rates for each email send out.
• Analyse and report valuable insights within google analytics.
• Manage and maintain the Company customer database (acquired both at
Retail POS level and Online).

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience in similar role, preferably in
retail industry premium lifestyle brands in fashion, cosmetics, or homewares
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Business is preferred
• Strong experience in effectively managing ROI across direct and digital
performance channels, with a highly commercial and analytical mindset
• Demonstrable expertise skills in digital advertising, social media (Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), SEO/SEM (Google Ads), copywriting, email
marketing (Dotdigital) and content creation/management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suite
• Deep understanding of organic & paid social and search tools e.g. Google
• Organised, creative, agile, comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills with impeccable verbal and written English
• Problem solver with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills in a change
environment and fast-growing business
• Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and trends
• Experience managing PR agency relationships
