The Role

Reporting to the Creative Director and managing a team of 5, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for tying strategy and creative together as the company continues to grow. This role will also manage the digital elements of the marketing mix as well as integrate with offline and work with other departments (design, buying, planning, and retail) to ensure the implementation of the marketing plan is coordinated, aligned and consistent.
*Please note this is a maternity leave fixed term full time contract for 15 months, with a view of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Lead the development and delivery of the annual marketing/digital and ecommerce strategy and “Go-To-Market” programs in a smart and efficient way
  • Accountable for end-to-end ecommerce, overseeing distribution, customer service, online content, studio, design and all strategic partnerships
  • Develop and deliver creative and task briefs ensuring involvement of and approval by the CEO
  • Set Marketing and ecommerce budget in line with strategic plan objectives, and the marketing calendar
  • Adopt the core brand values and consistently demonstrate these when working with your team and key stakeholders enabling the team to ensure all KPIs and deadlines are met
  • Brief and manage implementation of market research as required by the business to facilitate consumer understanding

Skills Required
  • Bachelor degree qualified with 7+ years of relevant experience (women’s fashion highly regarded)
  • Ability to translate brand vision to the digital landscape through consistent, seamless experience to the customer
  • Proven track record in developing integrated marketing programs (paid search, SEO, email marketing, online display advertising, social, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passionate about the digital/ecommerce space and abreast of key trends, benchmarks and innovations in the industry
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative skills to liaise with cross functional teams
  • A fiery and focused drive with an exceptional ability to define and communicate strategy and execute flawlessly
  • Ability to thrive on creative collaboration and demonstrate inspiring leadership ability
  • Highly strategic thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead a team to success
