The company

Archer Recruitment is currently partnering with a prestigious multidisciplinary consultancy, that has a strong presence in MEP Design. Over the past 50 years, our client has delivered on a range of complex projects across the built environment. To support the continued growth of this team we are looking to hire a Principal Mechanical Engineer to work in their London mission-critical team. 

The role

The role will require the successful applicant to deliver Mechanical design across Mission Critical data centres. The successful applicant will get the chance to broaden their project portfolio by working on some of the largest data centre projects in Europe. 

The requirements
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Design, delivering a range of different data centres and commercial projects across the UK. 
  • Have the ability to run medium-sized projects and be client-facing in the development, design, and coordination of engineering projects.
  • ONC/HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Will possess good commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design.
