This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised L&D Coordinator to join one of New Zealand’s most recognised companies.  They started from humble beginnings 90 years ago and have grown into the well-known company they are today, with over 500 staff spread across the country.

More About The Role

This role will report to the TDM Manager, and will support the Supply Chain function to enable effective investment in people development  The role will provide heaps of variety and opportunities for development.

The role is varied but includes; 
  • Support key stakeholders in preparing SWP on how to implement and achieve future organisational structures.
  • Regularly complete training needs analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Delivery and support of Functional Competency Training in Supply Chain through coaching and development.
  • Ownership of Development Programme for multiple job groupings.
  • Liaise with external institutes and colleagues to create development programme.
So Who Are You?

You have 2-3 years in a technical role, are shop floor savvy, have the ability to priortise, and are comfortable in a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG.  Above all else, a fun personality and the ability to communicate at all levels will be key to succeeding in this fast-paced environment.
