Working alongside our partners and staff this is an ideal opportunity to advance your knowledge and career as you become involved in all aspects of our busy team.   As part of our dynamic team you will have the opportunity to undertake a wide variety of work including the day to day workings and operations of the office and high level secretarial and administration support to lawyers. 

We are seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated positive and optimistic individual, who has the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and prioritise and coordinate work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, while having a proactive team focus.
To thrive in this position you will:  
  • 3+ years of Administration experience ideally within a law firm
  • Knowledge of commercial property law
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Advanced level of experience in the use of Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Proven senior administrative and organisational skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure both autonomously and alongside the wider administration team.
