We are now recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor. This role is ideally based in our Christchurch office however we will consider applications from our other office locations.
  
Working alongside our HR team, this is a great opportunity to advance your knowledge and career as you become involved in all aspect of our growing business, including role design, recruitment and selection, culture and engagement, learning and development, and employment relations.
  
To be successful in the role you will have 4+ years of practical experience in a Human Resource role preferably within the legal or professional services industry.  You will have exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust.  You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
