About the Role: 

As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist the bid & tendering team in a multifaceted role covering all aspects of the bid administration process. The role plays an integral part in preparing tender documents, coordinating responses to supplier questionnaires, ensuring company information is kept up to date, and supporting with wider project work. As the Bid Coordinator, you will be proactive in streamlining the delivery and presentation of the company bids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of non-technical content including company information, certificated, statutory declarations, insurances.
  • Preparation of figures and diagrams including organisation charts.
  • Formatting of proposal documents including tables, graphs, images, and brand compliance.
  • Coordination of document production and delivery including printing, binding, CDs.
  • Review/edit of proposal documents including editing, grammar, and spelling prior to being submitted.
  • Support Bid Manager in coordination and preparation of technical information.
  • Supporting with wider projects to enhance the bid team collateral and using lessons learned and feedback to improve future bids. with tendering team members (engineers, estimators & other functions) to obtain relevant tender input/information waka
Your Experience: 
  • Administration skills – organized, thorough and systems orientated.
  • Ability to use the full Microsoft Office suite plus Adobe (Adobe InDesign and Acrobat) 
  • Experience in the Construction industry or coordinating tenders would be desirable but not essential 
  • A strong sense of commitment and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.
