Reporting through to the CEO, part of the leadership team this role can make a true impact.

Whilst the headcount numbers in NZ are small they are part of a large global technology organisation which allows them access to sophisticated systems and processes. The company has a great family culture in the NZ business with strong loyality and business results.

This role has a full generalist remit and as a sole charge HR practitioner you will need to be able to flex between strategic and operational work. The CEO has a vision and in this role you will take accoutability for the people plan and that implementation to achieve that vision.
