The close knit, fun and down to earth team of this large, fast paced manufacturing business are on the look out for a new HR Advisor to join them at their Highbrook office. Get involved in the full range of HR generalist work, and build up your ER skill set with the coaching and mentoring of the HR Manager.

In this role, you'll work with your portfolio of employees on a range of cyclical HR areas, as well as recruitment and ER. There are also some great projects on the go, with a focus on moving to a more efficient and systems-based approach to people and HR. You'll already have experience in an HR generalist role. Your understanding of how ER processes work, together with some exposure to the process, will mean you will be able to quickly pick up and learn how to manage cases yourself. You'll be happy to have a component of recruitment in your role, as this is a team of HR generalists where everyone gets involved in everything. Experience in a multi site environment with a mix of waged and salaried workers would add weight to your application.
