As an experienced Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing calendars for the team and meeting rooms and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Typing and formatting CV’s
  • Registering candidates/clients/vacancies on the database
  • Attend weekly meetings, taking note of action items and distributing tasks
  • Chasing compliance documents
  • Booking and confirming meeting room requests using our in-house system

Would your referees describe you as a dedicated, honest self-starter with solid Microsoft Office skills who can interact with staff at all levels, having used Profile or SalesForce?
 
If you’re an excellent (written and verbal) communicator with a great sense of humour, you’ll excel in this dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
