MJD Executive is excited to be working with a large, national management consultancy who is seeking a professional, driven and friendly concierge that enjoys representing the company’s brand. As the face of the company being friendly, composed, professional and immaculately presented are a prerequisite. Being the first point of contact for all customers and clients you will be positive, approachable and comfortable interacting with clients of all levels of seniority in a polished and friendly manner.

A high attention to detail, working well under pressure and prioritising is also expected. A confident, positive, can-do approach will always go a long way, while creating and maintaining an enjoyable work environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties include meeting and greeting visitors, managing a large amount of meeting rooms, maintaining high standards of presentation in the office and meeting rooms, assisting with event planning and ad hoc admin tasks.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years or more proven experience in an administration, corporate or high-end hospitality environment. Excellent time management, adaptability, organisational skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
