Our client is a boutique Financial Planning business looking for a new Financial Planning Assistant / Account Manager / Customer Service Officer to directly support the senior Financial Planner.  This could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into an Advisor position.

Working in a busy team dealing with customers over the phone and via email, your day will be a varied one.  

More specifically, tasks will include but not limited to; 
  • Communicating with client such as setting up appointments, chasing up documents, discussing strategies and helping clients implement them (e.g. making a super contribution)
  • Standard administrative tasks (preparing review kits for clients, processing forms, etc)
  • Compliance requirements - ensure client files remain compliant, helping with producing Annual Advice Agreements, etc.
  • Implementing new business - new products, investments, insurances.
  • Managing with the adviser ongoing/current clients - including communicating with clients, implementing changes post appointments
  • Basic advice preparation with the adviser - helping with fact finding, strategy and advice preparation (e.g. paraplanning strategies)
  •  Product knowledge -AMP Mastertrust range in particular would be highly valuable
The selected candidates will have minimum 3 years experience gained within a financial planning business.  Working in state of the art, modern offices in North Sydney, you'll be working with a fun and collaborative team and finding new opportunities to grow your career!
