The ideal candidate for this particular Practice Manager role is someone with strong capabilities when it comes to controlling finances and managing trust accounting as this will be a significant part of the role. Along with being a numbers person, you will also need to be a people person as you will look after recruitment and human resource matters, as well as actively build and maintain a positive and engaging workplace culture. With strong knowledge of operational strategy and vision for continuous improvement, your business acumen will be one of your strengths. Overseeing billing,  the productiveness, and effectiveness of support staff and acting as an Office Manager who ensures that the entire firm can operate at its peak performance.
