We're looking for a recruiter who is used to working in an incredibly busy environment.  This business is going through phenemenal growth and we need an IMMEDIATE START candidate who can juggle priorities and make magic happen!

MJD Executive are partnering with a rapidly growing entrepreneurial tech startup who are looking for a new Talent Acquisition / HR Consultant to join their business in this newly created role to support them through a time of huge busines growth.

Culture is everything to this business and they are looking for someone who is intelligent and highly passionate about what they do, but also knows how to have a laugh and enjoy themselves at work!

Who you'll be doing? 
  • Work alongside the CEO and Executive Team to understand hiring requirements, budgets and schedules, and provide strategic
    direction to align with the business’s priorities.
  • Develop Job Descriptions, Success Profiles and other recruitment
    documentation for open roles (including Executive Level roles)
  • Working alongside Recruitment Partners to refine roles and tailor
    briefs to ensure quality candidates are sourced successfully and
    rapidly.
  • Define and streamline the onboarding process for candidates (alongside the internal L&D Manager) to ensure a smooth
    onboarding and handover to Department Heads.
  • True, end to end and talent acquisition partnering role providing a brilliant experience for every candidate from application stage, interview, assessment, to closing the candidate to offer
  • Define the best recruitment method that fits the need. Not all talent attraction processes are the same.
  • Maintain talent pipelines to ensure the business has the skill, capability and diversity including diversity of thought in all that they do.
What we need?
  • Someone who knows the in's and out's of Talent Acquisition and has ideally supported a business through a period of high growth would be ideal!
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing / sales functions in an online business
  • Sound acknowledgement of performance-based leadership and coaching strategies
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for the tech market
  • Inquisitive. You take great briefs, agree process and consult on the best way to achieve great outcomes
  • Social media savvy and a brand builder. You know how to find candidates outside of traditional methods
  • Relationship builder. Not just with stakeholders but externally with active and passive candidates
  • Fast paced. The workload is realistic, but they are growing and it can be hectic, you know how to re-prioritise whilst remaining empathetic and focused
