Property Manager needed for great office in Melbourne's South East suburbs

Experienced Property Managers required for a top agency approx 20km South East of the CBD.
  • Manage a local portfolio of circa 170-180 properties
  • Admin support provided
  • Property Tree experience advantageous 
  • Greek speaking (preferred but not essential)
About the client:
Our client is an internationally recognised franchise network leader. Due to growth in their rent roll, they are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a local portfolio.
About the role:
Use your relationship building skills to manage and maintain a portfolio of xxx properties in the local area. Work only 1 in 6 Saturday's and administration support provided. Duties will include:
  • Tenant and Landlord liaison 
  • Rent arrears 
  • Inspections 
  • Opens 
  • Repairs and maintenance 
 The ideal candidate will have:
  • An Agents Representative Certificate 
  • Prior experience managing a residential portfolio 
  • A reliable car and valid drivers licence 
  • Property Tree experience would be highly desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written 
  • Well polished presentation
