This company is a leading provider of Property Services in Melbourne, which
comprises a diverse and professional team of enthusiastic and engaged staff that manage a few thousand apartment ‘lots’.  
About the role:
Working with an experienced team with fantastic support, you will be required to manage an already established portfolio.
About you:
Hard working with an ethical ability to drive and lead from the front with the companies best intentions at hand. You will also require the following:
  • Minimum 1-2 years industry experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Proven ability in chairing Owners Corporation meetings
  • Experience with managing building defects
  • Proven experience managing residential high-rise properties
