Our client is an Australian success story within the Hospitality Industry servicing the global accommodation market for over 30 years with software created to make managing properties as efficient as possible. The platform provides vertically integrated allocations within the hospitality sector.

The essence of this key role is to develop and strengthen client relationships by ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are handled in a manner which will coincide with enhancing & maintaining relationships with customers.

Ideally you will have experience as a hotel Front Office Manager, Reservations Manager or Revenue Manager where you have acquired a high level of proficiency using property management systems in detailed financial reporting.
The position requires competencies based around inbound contact from clients, facilitating technical support and ability to assist customers utilising the property management system. Clients will be able to trust the knowledge and customer service ability you possess when reaching out for support and assistance.  

With offices in Australia (Melbourne and Gold Coast), the United Kingdom, Dubai, India and the United States, as a result of rapid growth and continuing success, the opportunity to further grow throughout the organisation will be facilitated.
