An exciting opportunity exists for an experience Customer Service Coordinator to join this successful Australian manufacturer, renowned for producing a variety of self-adhesive labels for a diverse and loyal customer base.

The essence of this role is to take ownership of each client enquiry providing and preparing quotes, technical requirements and delivery timeframes.  Working closely with the art department and production team this role requires a flexible approach, dealing with clients changing needs and complex circumstances.  Developing and maintaining a solid and professional relationship, building trust and understanding the needs of your client is of utmost importance.  

The successful candidate will be passionate about providing a high level of service, have strong attention to detail and previous experience in printing, packaging or associated industries.  Excellent communication skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic are essential qualities required for this role.
