Hawksworth are sourcing a Senior Claims Solution Consultant for a leading provider of comprehensive P&C Insurance software services for insurers, located in Sydney, CBD.

A Senior Claims Solution Consultant will define claims solutions required to operationalize the business imperatives for their clients and prospects.
 
This person will also define the business value, critical success factors, operating model, claims solution and claims demonstrations.
 
A critical member of the go-to-market team, Solution Consultants are experts in the Duck Creek product set and partner with Sales Directors to manage the sales process.  Solution Consultants effectively position and communicate the value of the company's technology and offerings to customers, prospects and partners.
 
Responsible for the prospect experience of understanding the value of solutions and products. Able to rapidly build prospect relationships, identify customer objectives, translate into their product capabilities and produce and deliver tailored, high quality, differentiated deliverables (e.g., RFx responses, product presentations, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, etc...) to prospects/clients in support of sales opportunities.

Good business and consulting skills with a systems/technical background and highly effective at cross-functional partnering to achieve the end sale. Requires deep intellectual curiosity, situational awareness, communication skills and the development of strong P & C Insurance Industry background and product knowledge. 
 
 
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar Minimum of 10 years’ experience in implementation with P&C Insurance software applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Implementation of Claims system, preferably in Australia.
  • Proven ability in defining and realizing business benefits, innovating claims life-cycle and experience, improving business processes, invigorating operating models and claims transformations Familiar with Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and similar approaches and principles as well as business process design concepts and principles.
  • Experience with systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, third-party systems).
  • Previous experience working directly with customers
