Our client are a global Legal Tech software company who are growing at a rapid rate. It's an exciting time to join this business as their products are performing extremely well in the market, and there's plenty of opportunity for growth.

As you've probably gathered from the job title, you will need to have excellent eDiscovery and Digital Forensics Data Processing experience for this role, as well as the ability to work closely with customers, helping with their issues, no matter how big or small. This role would ideally suit someone who's come from a consulting background, with very good problem solving skills.

What will you be doing?
You'll be an integral part of the Professional Services team.
A key responsibility will be to prepare data for legal review on our client's platform, as well as dealing with tech issues as they arise and generally being the go-to eDiscovery & Digital Forensics Data guru for the Professional Services team.

What experience do I need for the role?
  • eDiscovery & Digital Forensics - Industry tools / Domain knowledge
  • Data Processing & Manipulation needs to be your bread & butter
  • Extensive eDiscovery & Digital Forensics domain knowledge
  • Hands-on knowledge of EDRM, ideally using this day-to-day
  • Advanced skills in SQL or MS Access. Not to DBA level :-)
  • Experience trouble-shooting, resolving issues with the tech team
  • Trusted adviser to the clients, working as a true partner
We basically need someone who can get get along well with the team and who can confidently take care of any client and team member issues related to Data Processing.
