  • $550 per day
We are currently looking for a highly professional PMO Analyst to join one of Australia’s well-known businesses.

The purpose of this position is to provide high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management support to the Program Manager and/or Director and the wider project team with a main focus on collating information for each project in accordance with the governance framework.

This position will also provide planning and delivery management information, with a high level of accuracy, in order to increase the visibility of issues causing schedule delays and minimise the impact of dependencies and conflicts in schedules.  It also provides a portfolio level and project level view of tracking against milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications (indicate whether mandatory or desired)
  • Relevant financial services industry qualifications (desired)
  • Project-related qualifications (desired)
 Experience (minimum type and level of experience required to perform the role)
  • Project scheduling experience (5 years) including at a program level (desired)
  • Previous experience working in an autonomous environment with a geographically dispersed team
  • Previous experience within the financial services operating environment
  • Successful development and execution of delivery plans within a complex environment
  • Previous experience working with operations and system transition projects (desired)
  • Business Analysis/Project Management experience Business and/or technology tertiary qualifications or equivalent
  • 3+ years program management office experience; including 18+ months experience working with Project methodologies/within a project environment
  • Demonstrated experience working in large programs
  • Administration of Sharepoint and/or Intranet
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (MSP) and MS Excel; experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
  • PPM knowledge
