Leading a team across Newcastle and the Northern Region of NSW.  The key to you thriving in this challenging role will be inspiring direction and purpose amongst the team as this organisation looks to take its service offering to the next level.

This position will raise the profile of the organisation and its services with community stakeholders and in collaboration with the Customer Service Operations Managers, deliver high quality, services to people within your community setting.  
Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operation Manager to set targets for services that promote the organisation sustainability and ensures continuous improvement of services
  • Making sure the Region is meeting or exceeding operational and financial targets and agreed metrics
  • Looking for Partnership opportunities that enhance client outcomes and experience are identified, developed and delivered
  • Collaborate with Marketing Customer Service Manager to establish referral generated activities.
  • Hands-on, supportive manager responsible for continual training and operational excellence
  • Coaching and developing the team from induction through to leadership
Ideal candidate, you have:
  • Held a multi-site management role within a Customer Experience or Operations environment
  • Proven ability to implement strategies across a business
  • Experience in managing, developing + training a team
  • Previously delivered sustainable financial + operational results
  • The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders (internal + external)
  • Full drivers licence
  • The ability to travel throughout the Northern NSW Region
  • Previous experience within NFP or an understanding of the NDIS and Aged Care an advantage
