My client is a reputable National Commercial Construction Contractor, with an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to be engaged on new build and fitout projects. Working with an exceptional General Manager, our client has a vested interest in attracting and retaining exceptional personnel and is looking to take on a hard working, highly committed and self motivated individual for the business.

We are looking to engage someone with roughly 4-5 years experience working on Commercial Construction projects in a Contract Admin role. 
With continuity of work, stability, excellent working culture, this role will appeal.
The Role will involve the following responsibilities; 
  • Initial contract preparation through to final handover
  • Subcontractor review, selection and execution
  • Writing & preparing the formal contracts
  • Preparing site cost variations to the contract 
  • Raise and monitor RFI’s and variations
  • Identify, manage and compile client variations and EOTs

    Salary is dependent on experience and fit within the business.
