This is a newly created role due to growth. This role is the conduit that supports the Sales team as well as the marketing team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will give you the opportunity to get involved in everything, including, supporting the sales team with all administration aspects, assisting with events, project support and some light marketing.

Some of the duties will include the following:

Sales and Marketing Support
  • Managing documentation for new projects including agreements, contract documentation and provide ongoing monthly updates
  • Events coordination and delivery
  • Ensure events are planned, managed and delivered effectively
  • Assists with website and social media sites updates
  • Assists with development of communication pieces for clients. These may include letters, handouts or presentations
  • Monitors website and social media for enquiries
  • Manage production and stock of brochures and sales support material
  • Managing marketing collateral
  
General Sales Administration
  • Project and sales reporting
  • Coordinating project and sales meetings, including sending out agenda & assisting with action points
  • Managing the work in progress reports and project status’s
  • Tracking progress against key deliverables in the sales process
  • Client feedback assistance
  • Drafting lodgement times and costings
  • Compiling and updating contracts
  • Updating Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Organise intro and department training for new staff with Sales Manager
  • Manage Customer and Supplier Satisfaction survey
  • General administration support

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • 2-3 years administration experience
  • Some previous and or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Highly developed written and verbal skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills to engage with staff, customers, suppliers, and other internal/external parties
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • The ability to manage own work and operate autonomously
  • Good sense of humour and good at working in a team
