We are actively recruiting for a confident HR Contract & Compliance Consultant to join our well-established client based in in the CBD. This is a 12 month FTC based in the CBD.
This is a busy role where you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the HR management system, ensuring all processes and policies are adhered during the onboarding process, supporting hiring managers and keeping up to date with new policies and legislations. You will be a part of a great team that offers a great working culture.
Other duties include:
  • Ensuring processes and policies for contractor onboarding are adhered to, including required hiring/extension approvals, appropriate Delegated Financial Authority sign off, termination process and contractor due diligence
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of present and past employees
  • Preparing and maintaining appropriate contracts and documentation
  • Supporting Hiring Managers with requirements and process of onboarding, extending and offboarding
  • Keeping up to date with new policies and legislations
  • Facilitating audits and providing accurate reporting for risk purposes
  • Initiating required background checks
 Previous knowledge and experience for this role:
  • Contracts management
  • HR or Recruitment experience in a large organisation
  • Compliance experience
  • Administration & coordinator

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
It is a requirement that you must already hold an NZ Passport or valid working visa to apply for this role.
