Contract role for an experienced HR Manager with a passion for ER and IR and all the challenges this brings.  Initial three-month contract to cover whilst a permanent recruitment process takes place.  Working closely with Working with Stakeholders across a large business unit you will ensure the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives and a delivery model that is aligned with business strategy. 
  
Key experience and deliverables will include
  • Taking the lead in employment relations, negotiating both individual and collective employment agreements  
  • Managing ER is a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion programmes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meeting individual needs
  • Ensuring HR is delivering outcomes to position the organisation as an employer of choice
  • As a member of the HR leadership team, sharing the responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and preventing harm
  
You will be an experienced HR practitioner with a demonstrable record of leading and developing high performing teams.  Essential to the role will be a track record of successfully maintaining and developing relationships with Unions and for managing collective bargaining in what can be a challenging employee relations landscape.  Working in an environment that is energetic, fast-paced and complex you will have the ability to perform at all levels and work with a broad range of stakeholders.
