Our client is looking for someone to join their growing Customer Service team.

We are on the hunt for an outstanding Client Support Coordinator to join a large New Zealand based organisation. Due to positive company growth, the organisation are currently seeking a dynamic team member to join them.
  
The role offers you training and the opportunity to work with a supportive team who work closely with their clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.

Your key duties will be:        
  • Providing excellent phone and email support to customers
  • Coordinating scheduling 
  • Build rapport with internal staff and external clients
  • Forwarding enquiries to relevant departments
  • Managing database information and updating the CMS system
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Provide administrative support to the team as and when required
 You will need to have:
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a motivated, self starter
  • Some relevant experience
