Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an NV2 cleared Project Manager for a 6 month + defence project in Canberra.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years Project Management expertise
  • Current NV2 security clearance
  • Defence Capability Lifecycle experience & expertise including: TEMP,  SOA, SCCG, ITSM Operational Support Strategy, Capability Execution Strategy, Cost Modelling, ILS Concept, Function and Performance Specifications.
  • Technical experience/exposure as well as the ability to think with a strategic/long-term context
  • Project Scheduling
  • Risk and Issue Log and Management
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Ability to work in an automated fashion
  • Performance Reporting
  • Decommission and Transition planning
  • Customer engagement
 
Deliverables:
  1. Revalidate existing Business Requirements against market capability, and re-confirm the capability scope.
  2. Refine Business Requirements to Operational Activities to Function and Performance Specifications.
  3. Develop architecture and designs in accordance with the Function and Performance Specifications.
  4. Develop a feasible and costed strategy to deliver the capability, including transition and decommission.
  5. Manage project delivery through to completion.
