Manager, IVR & Contact Centre Technology - Limelight People have been engaged to identify a leader in the field of Voice and Contact Centre Technology.

Manager, IVR & Contact Centre Technology - Reporting to an Executive Manager and leading a team of 15 Voice and CC Engineers dispersed across ANZ, you will own our clients Voice and CC operations, teams, vendor relationships, and initiatives. 

What we are looking for;

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Leadership & Management
  • Financial / Budget Management 
  • Vendor Management and Engagement
  • Driving Solution Delivery and BAU Support
  • Voice and Contact Centre Technology Operations Management
  • Technical expertise in Networking, Voice and / or Contact Centre Solutions (eg: Genesys, Cisco and others)
