About AETS:

Australian Employment Training Solutions (AETS) provides quality-assured and nationally-recognised training and qualifications across Australia, through our registered training organisations: Australian Employment and Training Solutions and PeoplePlus Education.

We offer over 60 courses spanning industries such as childcare, hospitality, community services, business administration and more, covering:
  • Short courses
  • Full qualifications from Certificate II to Diploma level

The Opportunity 

We are seeking qualified Trainers, Youth Mentors and Coaches (casual) to deliver the Australian Government's Youth PaTH Employability Skills Training program across Victoria which includes locations of:
Inner Metro Melbourne
North Eastern Melbourne
North Western Melbourne
South East Melbourne
South West Melbourne
Western Melbourne

Employability Skills Training is a new and flexible approach for youth training which is designed to support young people in gaining the skills they need to get and to keep a job. 

In this role you will be responsible for training participants to identify and improve the employability skills that employers expect and to develop  the interview and application skills necessary to win jobs.

This is an exciting training role that will make a positive difference to young Australians wherever they may live.
Skills and Experience
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent upgrade
  • Engaging, positive, motivational and strength-based approach
  • Delivering an array of training to unemployed young people
  • Experience working with unemployed clients (preferably youth) – desired
  • Working with Children's Check
