Job Brief:

e&s Trading are looking for an experienced Web Sales Consultant to join our dedicated online sales team on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in the sales of Whitegoods &/or Cooking as knowledge and experience are essential to provide advice when helping the customer select the right products to suit their needs. You will also be essential in building and enhancing the e&s online service.
As a member of our vibrant team you will thrive in building strong relationships with our customers. You will be servicing our online customers via email, web chat and phone. Being able to build a relationship quickly by asking the right questions is crucial in converting sales via these platforms.

  • Ability to resolve customer queries and ensure all customers receive first class service
  • Flexible working hours required, including some after hours and weekends.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring of the websales inbox and responding to price matches, quote requests, and general enquiries
  • Engaging with our online chat customers
  • Finding sales opportunities, while building rapport with clients and making sure you are providing solutions to our customers’ needs.
  • Engaging and interacting with our customers both via phone and online
  • Working together with our Customer Support and Logistics teams to provide quick solutions for our customers  
  • Processing of online orders
  • Ongoing management of online orders including handling of stock delay notifications

Full training provided coupled with a generous salary of $70,000 + super on offer to the right candidate.
