We are currently searching to fill a Store Administration role for the state of the art show room in Preston.

The Company 

E&S Trading "For Everything kitchen, bathroom and laundry"
continues to expand and we are inviting people with the right customer service attitude to apply for a Store Administrator role in the Preston showroom for a 6 month maternity leave contract. 

The Role 
  • Store Administration opportunity based in the Preston showroom
  • 6 month part time contract opportunity working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • Act as the face of the company with both customers and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to management and sales team
  • Review all customer orders and audit for any potential errors
  • Take and process customer payment and record special requirements
  • Banking and general administrative functions
  • Reliable and punctual in your approach to work
  • High level efficiency and accuracy relating to data entry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and knowledge of Access
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to operate under pressure and can effectively multi task
  • Mature and respectful communicator
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Dedicated team contributor
